At what age are children allowed to travel with Carnival Cruise Lines? (several options)
A There is no minimum age. B Babies may travel with Carnival Cruise Line from the age of 6 months, the minimum age for Transatlantic, Hawaii and South America cruises is 12 months. C Passengers under the age of 21 must be accommodated in the same stateroom as their parents or in an adjacent stateoom. E There is an exception for married couples under the age of 21. F Passengers under the age of 21 may travel alone without restrictions.
What about payment and currencies on board? (several options)
A Euro is accepted on board. B All expenses are charged to the onboard account. C The onboard account can be paid only by credit card. D The onboard currency is the US Dollar.
What about the Fun Pass?
A We recommend to complete the "Fun Pass" until 4 weeks before departure in order to get the Boarding Pass as part of the travel documents. You can, however, complete the "Fun Pass" until one day before departure. The link can be found at our website. B If your clients don't complete the Fun Pass online, they will not be allowed to embark. C No travel documents can be sent until the Fun Pass has been completed.
What about the payment regulations? (several options)
A The passenger will get the invoice from us. B The travel agency will get the invoice from us. A deposit of 20% of the cruise fare is due 7 days after the booking has been made, the rest must be paid until 6 weeks before departure. C If the booking is made less than 6 weeks before departure, you can only pay by credit card. D The total price is always due immediately.
How about the entry requirements?
A All passengers need a machine-readable passport. Foreign citizens must contact the respective consulates to make sure that they meet the entry requirements of each port of call. B You don't have to take care of the entry requirements. The passengers will get the information by mail.
We also offer cruise packages. Which statements are correct?
A You have to create a cruise package including flights, hotels and transfers by yourself. B You can book flights, hotels and transfers, but you will get no commission for these services. C You can book the entire cruise package. For these extra services, you will get a commission of 10%.
From which number of cabins do the group conditions apply?

Which are the extra services for groups? (several options)
A Each 16th full-paying passenger is free (full-paying passengers = 1st and 2nd passengers in the same stateroom) B Each 3rd and 4th passenger per cabin is free. C Depending on the duration of the cruise, passengers will get an onboard credit or a bottle of wine per stateroom. D Additional commission E No deposit required
What about the dress code?
A Only formal attire is allowed on board B We don't have a dress code, but casual wear for the day and formal wear for formal evenings are recommended (there are 1-2 formal evenings depending on the duration of the cruise) C Casual wear - we even accept shorts for dinner.
Can I change the names of the passengers after the booking has been confirmed? (several options)
A You can change the names free of charge at all times. B You can change the names free of charge until 76 days before departure. C From 75 days before departure, name changes will cost 50€. D It is not possible to change the names after the booking has been confirmed. E At least one of the original names must remain the same. F Name changes are not possible if you book Early Saver rates.
How can I make optional reservations?<
A All bookings are confirmed immediately. B All bookings made online are optional reservations which are kept free of charge until you have confirmed the booking in written form. C Optional bookings are confirmed automatically after a period of three days.
Are pregnant women allowed on board?
A Yes, without exception. B No. C Yes, but only if the 24th week of pregnancy is not completet before the end of the cruise and if there are no medical concerns.
